A Race To Say Who’s Racist. The Hypocritical Racial Issue.

One of the issues that had my mind boggled is that, does anyone have a right to say whose racist? We say that Filipinos are oppressed because of racial discrimination, the black race have obviously been raising their racist issues on white people, and yes, Asians are of course have been ridiculed and have been the center of “entertainment” ( can’t you just stop laughing when a Chinese speaks English?). These are just some of the racial issues that are raised today (And God, there’s a heck lot more. Well I think my examples can give you the idea). Although I must say that I’m hoping not to insult anyone with my opinions on these issues, but hey come on, what’s their deal if they got hurt, maybe my words are striking their minds and says to them, Am I like that? As it would seem that I’m busting my ass here, I’ll continue with my blog. Let’s start with our own race, hey, hey Filipinos! We are known all over the world, not just for our hospitality, but also for being world class DH (Domestic Helpers) and sadly… prostitutes ( Hey, before getting anyone’s eyebrows raised, take note I’ve put sadly on prostitutes). Not that I’m putting down domestic helpers, I mean they are our modern heroes. What ticks me off is that, they’re our damn heroes but how come they are not proud of it! I think one of the reasons why western people (you now what color I’m talking about) are thinking too high of themselves and oppressing us is because a lot of Filipinos do not take pride on what they do that if not for them, who among those guys (yes, the rich other race people and the light colored races) could do it? By being proud of your job even though it’s a low class job or it’s a low paying job, as long as it’s an honest job, it’ll make us also to be proud of our race, the Filipino race! I mean don’t keep bringing up that crap issue on discrimination if you think that they’re a superior race when you meet one of them. Be who you are, be proud of who you are! With the black and white thing, obviously some white people really are racist, thinking that their race is more superior to the rest. And we have here the dark side (I’m referring to the color and not the personality), who had brought up the oppression issue. But I mean, aren’t they also generalizing all white people. You could observe the way how they refer to white people (don’t expect me to describe it here, go watch a movie), and how they respond if someone says the “n” word or the “g” word. But, for me it’s a double standard thing because they can say all these things to white people or to Asian people but if you say something not very pleasing to them, you’re marked as a damn racist! And yes, Asian people. Often seen as the laughing stock and also stereotyped as some freaky martial arts masters (I have to give that one to MAD Tv, nice one Bobby Lee). I mean, why the heck are you laughing with our pronunciations, Asian people as you all know are known for their brains! But hey, Asians too are racists, since some Asians are lighter colored, they’re racist towards dark colored people (just look around here in the Philippines, glutathione anyone?). With all these things said, are we not racists? Are we just using this term to defend ourselves to anything unpleasant to us even in fact we are judgmental and racist ourselves? Is the term racist exclusive to a certain race? Is the racial issue just one of the other hypocritical issues that have been raised since the older days up to the present era? These are the questions which I leave to you and for you to answer for yourselves. And that’s a wrap!

  1. hahahahaha..... that's right guys.... the whole motive of this blog is to let us accept that we are all racist... although not to the extreme but by accepting that we are then we also learn to accept that the race of others and that everyone just have individual preferences.... hahaha.... and the black thing... yes, not all talk like gangsters and just like the whites, not all are racists and for the Asians, not all of them are geniuses although they've been known for these because of stereotyping. I just wanna tell stop being hypocritical about it.
